Hola all faithful followers and dancers alike!


The Misfits have a place in Stamping Ground09! A showcase festival by Dance4 (the Notts Dance Agency)


"stamping ground is our annual festival programme of free performances and workshops for young people and their families. Taking place during the summer, the festival visits some of the regions’ most exciting festivals and events.

We are currently selecting artists and companies to join us on our tour. Selected artists and companies will be revealed soon, so watch this space!"

Also we would like to welcome our new dancer, Rose D!

 

She joins us as our 7th dancer and we are very happy to have her in our ranks smile


We are also currently looking for additional places to rehearse as we continue with Science on Stage (come and see us in May!) and Dante's Divine Comedy, along with our smaller productions.

Four Videos on Youtube

As the title righlty states we have now released four videos onto Youtube which can be found here:  http://www.youtube.com/user/RoosMisfits 

 Both videos are short, the first 'Motion' is using the music of Green Wing and similar camera work/editing it is an idea that is going to be reworked and evolved, expect more from Motion!

We also worked on 'Dante' a new series based of Dante's 'The Divine Comedy' to some decidedly odd music. The first part of this can be found on our youtube channel.
